By using TAPATAHI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Team app
Terms of Service
Rules for using TAPATAHI respectfully and safely — for coaches, players, parents, and everyone on your squad.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (confirmed at signup). Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Under-13s should use a parent/guardian account. Coaches manage team setup and approve secondary coaches. Head coaches must transfer ownership or delete a team before removing the last admin account.
Acceptable use
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, or illegal activity. Automated safety systems may flag language and notify coaches or parents.
Team content
You are responsible for photos, messages, and stats you submit. Only upload content you have rights to use. Team members you authorize can see team-scoped content per app permissions.
Subscriptions
Your first team as a coach is free (not VIP). A single monthly VIP subscription (product ID
tapatahi_team_monthly, about $1/month) unlocks unlimited VIP coach teams. Prices
shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID →
Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Restore purchases is available in the app. Players and parents join teams free
with a team code. Price and duration are shown in the app before purchase and confirmed in the
store sheet.
Doc and AI features
Doc provides coaching-style suggestions, not medical, legal, or professional advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified coach or adult. Voice and AI features may be inaccurate or unavailable at times.
Health data
Apple Health and Health Connect integrations are optional and read-only — TAPATAHI does not write health data. Readiness scores and related summaries are estimates for coaching context only — not medical advice, diagnoses, or a medical device. You may disconnect Health anytime; core team features still work without it.
Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
